The Risk of Nothing to Show
SIPP, a startup in the Techstars program, was developing a new-to-market water disinfection device for homeowners seeking cleaner, safer water. With pitch day approaching, the company faced a major hurdle: the product was still in production in China, and lead times meant the product wouldn't get to their hands for another six weeks. Without a physical product to showcase, SIPP risked presenting nothing tangible to potential investors.
Turning waiting into winning
We created a fully realized 3D animation of the SIPP device, illustrating its design, functionality, and use case. This virtual model gave investors a clear, believable representation of the product—allowing SIPP to demonstrate its value and potential without waiting for manufacturing delays. By turning CAD files into a polished, visual narrative, we bridged the gap between concept and reality.
Virtual Product, Real Impact
SIPP used the 3D animation in their pitch deck and on pitch day, giving investors a clear vision of the product. The result? They successfully secured $576,000 in funding, turning a pre-product challenge into a compelling story of innovation and readiness.
Next projects.
